=== Day One β Grand Opening (February 16) === February 16 was the day Xandaris went public. samboyd and [[Player:Asa_Akiraa|Asa_Akiraa]] posted the server on PlanetMinecraft, minecraft-server-list.com, and Reddit, triggering the first wave of new players. He established the server's core promise early: ''"no p2w and no map resets β forever."'' The server crashed multiple times under load. samboyd apologized, upgraded the hardware, and kept going. He also deployed his custom '''DeadEnderChest''' plugin, which lets players access a dead player's ender chest by holding their dropped head and running a command. He had [[Player:Sigward_f|Sigward_f]] kill him to test it. By the end of the day, he estimated that 75% of players had already died.
