PurpleBumblebeez is a current server operator on Xandaris, granted OP by samboyd. She is known for her gradient-colored nickname, heavy use of spectator mode, and for dying to lava in the Nether seconds after switching to survival mode. She operates near vphlIo's territory.
Overview[edit]
PurpleBumblebeez was randomly spawned at -4099, 72, -1162 on her first join, then immediately teleported to vphlIo's territory via RCON. She was later granted operator status by samboyd and became one of the five current operators.
Operator Activity[edit]
After receiving OP, PurpleBumblebeez spent much of her time in spectator mode, teleporting to other players to observe. She followed vphlIo through the Nether seven times in a single session, earning several Nether advancements while in spectator — including the challenge-tier Hot Tourist Destinations (visit all Nether biomes).
She also teleported to Asa_Akiraa multiple times and visited Molsaac's location.
On The Island, she commented on the architecture:
"ur in the mushroom weiner"— PurpleBumblebeez
She expressed concern about keeping villagers alive on the island:
"how we gonna keep these fucks alive?"— PurpleBumblebeez

Her second death was particularly avoidable — she had been floating around the Nether in spectator mode, then ran /gamemode survival PurpleBumblebeez while at coordinates (6.7, 29.5, 19.4) in the Nether, immediately falling into lava.
Nickname[edit]
PurpleBumblebeez uses a MiniMessage gradient nickname that transitions from purple (#4C00FF) through dark red (#4F2626) to yellow (#FFEE00). She went through several iterations before settling on the final gradient:
"love sigwards color"— PurpleBumblebeez (admiring Sigward_f's nickname)
