AwesomeAG99 was a player on Xandaris who was banned by lionclad_ for using the Meteor hack client. He befriended PluckedHorseHair early on, traveled to The End, and was one of the few players to earn End-related advancements before his ban. He died four times in a single session and was unbanned via RCON each time before being temporarily banned for cheating. He died at 10:18 PM PST whislt griefing and looting Breezy's Base. He got killed by an iron golem when he was killing the villagers of Breezy's Base. RIP

AwesomeAG99 had one of the most eventful single sessions in server history — dying two times, being unbanned two times via RCON, reaching The End, and ultimately being banned for cheating, all in a few hours.

Friendship with PluckedHorseHair

AwesomeAG99 first appeared in chat asking if anyone had beaten the game yet. He quickly teamed up with PluckedHorseHair, with the two joining a voice call together:

"wait plucked we are a team right :)"— AwesomeAG99

"just the two of us"— AwesomeAG99

He was 200,000 blocks from the stronghold he was trying to reach ("imma rage quit... I was going to the wrong one :(") and messaged PluckedHorseHair to confirm coordinates.

Anti-Cheat Flags

AwesomeAG99 was kicked twice for "floating too long" — a fly-hack detection flag:

• First kick at 17:53
• Second kick at 18:15, while traveling in the Nether

These were early warning signs that he was cheating.

After each death, AwesomeAG99 was unbanned via RCON to continue playing.

Despite the deaths and kicks, AwesomeAG99 reached The End and earned two significant advancements:

He also earned Local Brewery and Cover Me with Diamonds during this session.

The Ban

At 21:07, lionclad_ teleported to AwesomeAG99 in The End to observe him. Five minutes later, lionclad_ sent a private warning:

"Im keeping an eye on you"— lionclad_ → AwesomeAG99

At 21:17, lionclad_ teleported to him again for a second observation. AwesomeAG99 appeared to notice someone watching, saying in chat: "says the guy flying throught the air."

At 21:22, lionclad_ issued the ban:

/ban AwesomeAG99 using metior hack client

The "metior" is a misspelling of Meteor Client, a well-known Minecraft cheat client.

Trivia

• Was the only player banned specifically for using a named hack client (Meteor).
• The two "suffocated in a wall" deaths show the mods not working properly
• Was unbanned via RCON 4 times in one session before the temporary
• PluckedHorseHair, his ally, was also targeted by other players — though for different reasons.
• His chat line "says the guy flying throught the air" was likely directed at lionclad_ observing him in spectator mode.
• Despite cheating, he still died to a Piglin Brute and to another player (barryjeans, who was later found to be cheating).
• Currently no longer in the banned-players.json file — suggesting he may have been pardoned at some point, though he has not returned. IM BACK
