March 1, 2026 claimed 12 players on Xandaris — and produced the server's seventh PvP kill when JimmyyJohn lured jacncaldad12 to his death with a mace named [Yolo]. The day also saw cheesemaster774 join, complete 220 villager trades, enter The End, and die to a Stray — all in 4.3 hours — before returning on an alt and trading even more.
Skeletons and falls split the day's kills evenly. Two players — EVIL_NEXUS and Hopefullbadger — died 9 seconds apart in different locations, both having just typed pleas for a teammate that went unanswered. Wraith2345 crafted full diamond gear in 23 minutes before being swarmed by zombies underground. And Gregor0240 died to a Creeper 99,411 blocks from spawn — the farthest anyone has ever died from the world origin.

EVIL_NEXUS & Hopefullbadger — Nine Seconds Apart (12:28 AM)
Two strangers. Two Skeletons. Nine seconds.
EVIL_NEXUS joined and speedran the early game — earning [Diamonds!] in under 7 minutes, one of the fastest diamond acquisitions on record. But gear wasn't the problem. Teammates were:

1,400 blocks away, Hopefullbadger was making the same plea:

Neither got a response. Neither knew the other existed. At 12:28 AM, EVIL_NEXUS was shot by a Skeleton. Nine seconds later, Hopefullbadger was shot by a different Skeleton on the other side of the map. Both had just earned [Monster Hunter] — both had just proven they could fight. It wasn't enough.
Tanker5girl — The Dual-Boxer (2:51 AM)
Tanker5girl wasn't alone — they were playing two accounts at once. AltDetector flagged them as sharing an IP with BuddhaMantis, who joined 9 seconds earlier. Both accounts progressed in parallel — earning stone tools, killing mobs, exploring caves. Tanker5girl had the longer session at 43 minutes, mining underground at Y:48 when a Creeper ended it. BuddhaMantis survived and logged off two minutes later.

steve0984 lasted 19 seconds. Spawned, walked 20 blocks, and was killed by a Spider on the surface. No chat. No advancements. No stone.

Wraith2345 was the most accomplished death of the day — and one of the fastest-gearing players in server history. He earned [Cover Me with Diamonds] just 23 minutes after joining, crafting a full set of diamond armor. He earned 7 advancements total in under an hour.
It wasn't enough. At 54 minutes, deep underground, a swarm of Zombies overwhelmed him.
Gregor0240 — 99,411 Blocks from Spawn (3:31 PM)
Gregor0240 has the distinction of dying farther from the world origin than any other player in server history — 99,411 blocks from spawn. In just 8 minutes, he earned 2 advancements before a Creeper ended his run in what might be the most remote death on record.
cheesemaster774 — The Villager Trader (3:34 PM)
cheesemaster774 had the longest and most productive session of anyone who died on March 1. In 4.3 hours, he completed 220 villager trades, mined 441 lecterns cycling librarian trades, found 68 diamonds, entered The End, and earned 10 advancements. His obsession was enchanted books — he asked the server "wait is their no auto lecturn" when he realized there was no auto-lectern mechanic.
He died at Y:-13 to a Stray that stole his gear — including his elytra.
Seven minutes later, he was back on an alt account (Lkyge), already trying to buy a new elytra from JimmyyJohn: "sooo can i buy an elytra from u i can get u books if thats what u need."
jacncaldad12 — The First Kill (5:58 PM)
The day's final death was its most significant — the server's seventh PvP kill and JimmyyJohn's first.
jacncaldad12 had been on the server about 15 minutes. He called JimmyyJohn "the goat" and asked for help. JimmyyJohn — privately messaging Lkyge "im bout to kill this kid" and "my first blood" — flew to jacncaldad12's location near spawn and struck with his mace:

JimmyyJohn's reaction was immediate regret:
